ABSTRACT
The study focused on understanding Social Media influence on political participation amongst Nigerian Youths in Benin City; to make this possible six research purpose were raised to examine the objectives of the study. The study reviewed related literature from other authors as regard to Social Media influence on political participation amongst Nigerian Youths. Descriptive survey research design which is a non-experimental method was adopted for the study. Simple random sampling technique was used to select one hundred and fifty (150) accessible respondents in Benin City. The instrument for data collection was a semi structured questionnaire; it was a self-designed instrument, built around the research questions and was validated by the researcher's.
