ABSTRACT
This project aims to develop an online platform that documents authentic recipes and traditional ecological knowledge about indigenous ingredients to preserve food heritage and promote community health, sustainability, and food sovereignty. The platform will feature a comprehensive database of traditional recipes, sources for indigenous ingredients, and interactive features to facilitate community engagement and knowledge sharing. The system will be designed with a user-centric approach, leveraging modern web technologies to create an intuitive and accessible resource for exploring and celebrating the diversity of traditional Cuisines globally.
