Seven research questions were raised to guide the study, research questions one, two and three were answered, while research questions four to seven were hypothesized. The study is a descriptive survey research using the correlation design for the purpose of investigation. A multi-stage sampling technique comprising stratified and random sampling procedure was used to select the sample of 21 public junior secondary schools Ovia North Lga of Edo State. Teacher’s and Principal’s in the sampled schools were administered the instruments of the study. Two sets of the questionnaires: School Facilities Management Questionnaire (SFMQ) and Teacher’s Job Performance Questionnaire (TJPQ) were adapted and used to elicit information from the respondents. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient was used to determine the reliability of the two questionnaires using the Cronbach’s Alpha reliability method. Theoretical mean was used to determine the level of school facilities management and used the teacher’s job performance. Percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used to answer research questions one, two and three. Pearson r, multiple regressions and Fisher’s z statistical tests were used to analyze hypothesis one to seven. Findings of the study reported low extent of available school facilities, low management of school facilities and high level of teacher’s job performance. The study revealed that there is no significant relationship between school facilities management and teacher’s job performance in public upper basic schools in Ovia North Lga of Edo State.
