ABSTRACT
The study was carried out to determine the roles of managers in small and medium scale enterprises in Edo State. Survey research design was adopted for the study. The population of the study was 40 respondents comprising of cashier, security customer service and cleaners of Access bank Plc, Uniben branch, Ugbowo, Benin City. There was no sampling because of the manageable size of the population. A structured questionnaire was used as instrument for data collection. Cronbach Alpha reliability method was used to determine the internal consistency of the instrument and 0.82 reliability coefficient value was obtained. Three research questions were formulated for the study. Mean was used to analyze the data for answering the research questions.
