ABSTRACT
This project aims to comprehensively analyze the various risk factors involved in petroleum engineering projects and develop a framework for effective risk assessment and management. The study focuses on identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks associated with exploration, drilling, production, and transportation within the petroleum industry. Different risk assessment models and management strategies will be explored and compared to determine the most suitable approach for mitigating potential hazards and uncertainties in petroleum engineering projects. It aims to contribute to the improvement of project planning and execution within the petroleum industry, ultimately enhancing operational safety, efficiency, and environmental sustainability
