RISE AND ACHIEVEMENT OF GOODLUCK EBELE JONATHAN AS A UNITED NATION AMBASSADOR FOR PEACE

ABSTRACT

This research work examined the rise and achievements of Goodluck Ebele Jonathan as a United Nations Ambassador for Peace. The study was conducted based on a step by step approach to analyze the topic. Consequently, the discussion of the study was developed in chapters and sub topics, therefore developing titled chapters sub-topics . With the laid approach the research studies “The Early Life and Times of Dr. Goodluck Jonathan,” the background where he comes from, looking at how the regional characteristics had influenced him (i.e the occupations and ideologies of the people of Otuoke, Bayelsa), his educational foundation , his early careers, his incursion into politics , we also looked at The Rise of Goodluck Jonathan as a United Nations Ambassador for Peace”, here we look at “the situation surrounding the rule of Dr. Goodluck Jonathan as president of the federal republic of Nigeria”, also we examine the event of “2015 presidential election and it relation to the rise of Goodluck Jonathan as a United National Ambassador for Peace”. We also get to see “Goodluck Jonathan and the Smooth Transition of Power” , then we move to “Democratic Sustainability” as it relates to the reasons for the appointment of “Goodluck Jonathan as a United Nations Ambassador for peace”, we finally look at “The Achievement of Goodluck Ebele Jonathan as a United Nations Ambassador for Peace”
