  The research has summarized the research findings above based on the several methods employed on conducting the research. Initially, some research questions were formulated and later the research questions were repeated also the table for response was tabulated and analyses of each question and list of each finding was made. Therefore, the researcher succeeded in arriving at a conclusion with the result obtained from respondents during the research question.

  A critical examination of findings the study reveals that serving manufacturing organization respond to changes in development plan government because of its advantages to the personnel department and its employees in response to motivational techniques, person management should develop plan programme to alter organization operation. Such attempts deal with the presents and future problem. Moreover, for performance improvement, objectives and plans to realized effectively personnel department should provide such period for changes through employee initiatives before implement of its motivational techniques.
