ABSTRACT
The aim of this work is to introduce some concepts of The Representation Theory Of Finite Groups in literature. We will look at some theorems and results. For instance; we will present Schur’s Lemma and result, the Mashke’s theorem and complete reducibility, we will define decomposable representations and show that a representation 𝜑: 𝐺 → 𝐺𝐿(𝑉) if 𝜑~𝜓 and we say that 𝜓 is decomposable then 𝜑 is also decomposable. Further into the project we will see more complex results like Burnside’s Theorem, Fourier analysis and orthogonality relations.
