SUMMARY
This chapter contains an overview of the research, as well as comments and recommendation. The study used the Edo State civil service to investigate pension administration in Nigeria. In view of the findings, a literature review was conducted to investigate the concept of pension, pension plans for Nigeria government employees, the requirement for pension, techniques for giving pension, employee and employer donations, characteristics of a food pension scheme’s benefit, pension board in Edo state pension administration and Governor Obaseki pension reform.
