ABSTRACT
Government across the world now depend heavily on e-governance to interact and conduct business with citizens. e-governance has come a long way from being an alternative channel to the standard. However, obstacles including inadequate finances, process reengineering, IT & human, and other resource-related resources make it difficult to adopt e-governance. Recent research has placed e-governance implementation at the forefront, which has led to an increase in articles devoted to the topic. In order to identify various facets of the implementation of e-Governance as well as approaches being used in the process, it is recommended to analyze the body of existing literature. The purpose of the paper is to analyze the e-governance deciding elements discovered through research studies. According to an analysis of the existing literature on the topic, the key determinants of e-governance include technological, financial, human resource, and information privacy and security related variables.
