ABSTRACT
The radio medium continues to be as relevant and potent as it was in the early years despite the emergence of more captivating media. It is attractive among various mass communication media because of its special features. It is no doubt that the medium is a very effective tool for instigating social change as it can reach a larger audience where they have no access to electricity. This study examined radio drama as a tool for social change by adapting the Nollywood movie dry by Stephanie Okereke Linus addressing the issue of underage marriage, exposing the poor health care facilities in our county and fistula disease which have claimed the lives of young girls.
