ABSTRACT
This project addresses the critical yet often overlooked aspect of student experience on campus. The current, manual system for collecting feedback is inadequate in today's digital landscape. This project proposes a novel approach to gather student insights through a user-friendly platform. The proposed system leverages a chatbot and strategically placed QR codes to enable anonymous feedback on various campus services, including transportation, restaurants, shops, and potentially, academic services and facilities. By analyzing the collected data, the system will identify areas for improvement and facilitate communication between students, businesses, and campus authorities. This real-time feedback loop will empower students to voice their concerns and contribute to shaping a more positive and responsive campus environment. The finding from this study is that students feedback on businesses (transport, restaurants and shops) are just as important as these businesses and many students face challenges on a daily basis without the knowledge of authorities. With a feedback system present, all one has to do is scan the code anywhere around campus and publish their complaints and the necessary changes will be made.
