Summary

This can be said that public relations are true management function which has help different organization to achieve their goal and objectives without any hindrances from the publics or community it recite. This is made possible due to the fact that public relations are continuously working helplessly and tirelessly in the best interest of the organization so that, good and mutual understanding will exist among them. Although, organization are faces with a lot of problem or crisis that eminent from it environment as a result of bad responsibility, support, loyalty, obligation among others are not fulfilled by the organization, which have led to the portray of bad things for the organization and the community. According to Igben cited by Wilson (2007,p.144) an organization obligation is to protect and improve the realities of their operational area. Therefore, organization needs to adopt politics that will promote human understanding and relationship between an organization and their public. This shows that community relations are center on the interaction between an organization and their public. This shows that community relation is center on the interaction between an organization and it host community. Organization sometime act and give policies that we cause public reaction and serious problem.
