ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to investigate the problem militating against UBE administration a case of Etsako central in Edo state. A descriptive survey research design was employed in this study. four(4) research questions were raised to guide the study. The target population of the study two hundred and two (202) teachers with twenty five (25) schools from Etsako central,with sample size of One hundred (100) teachers from five (5) senior secondary schools in Etsako central were purposely sampled from the population.A structured questionnaire was used for data collection. The questionnaire was validated by the researcher's supervisor and two other experts in the Department of Educational Foundation ; while the test- re test reliability method was adopted to ascertain the reliability of the instrument. Data collected were analyzed using mean and standard deviation.
