Principals’ communication styles and teachers’ job effectiveness

Summary

This chapter presents a summary of the research findings, conclusions and recommendations. The research was a study which examined principal’s communication style and teachers’ job effectiveness. A descriptive survey research design was adopted for the study. In Edo South Senatorial District, there were seven Local Government Areas housing 137 public secondary schools. There were 137 principals and 4412 teachers in the schools. The sample size of this study consisted of 162 respondents which comprised of both teachers and principals which also represent 20% of the population of the study.
