ABSTRACT
Political carelessness in Nigeria's educational system as serious issue that has plagued the nation for decades. The lack of resources and high-quality education in Nigeria is due to the government's failure to invest in the education sector. Due to this, there as a high prevalence of illiteracy, low educational outcomes, and a shortage of teachers who are competent. Additionally, the government has not done enough to guarantee that the educational system is effectively controlled and supported. This has led to limited access to high-quality education.
The researcher was able to apply the dry brush technique when using acrylic as his medium for painting.
Through his emotion, the researcher will be able to demonstrate the government's neglect, and the painting will spur more consideration for the students.
