ABSTRACT

The Extraction of leaf Constituent, is essential to isolate biological active compound, aim of the present study was to evaluate the phytochemical screening and anti-microbial activity Like Cancer, malaria sickle cell etc. The powder leaf of Carica Papaya was extracted with methanol; the concentrated crude methanolic extract was then evaluated for phytochemical screening was performed to determine the presence of flavonoid, steroids, tannin, saponin, glycosides. The antimicrobial activities of methanolic Solvent Extract of Carica Papaya Leaf were tested against the positive and negative bacterial strains. The antimicrobial test was performed by disc method the gram positive bacteria used in test was Streptococcus staphylococcus bacteria  Escherichia coli crude methanolic extract papaya leaf showed mild to moderate antimicrobial against the microorganism of different of 1.3ml, 1.5mL and 1.7mHowever activity was found against Escherichia coli
