ABSTRACT
The combination of well logs and petrophysical analysis, was adopted to study reservoir ASUS 1 & 2 in ASUS Field in the Niger Delta Basin, in order to determine the reservoir properties. The reservoir properties include lithologies, volume of shale , porosity, Net-Gross among others from the well logs. The two main lithologies determined are sand and shale. from the analyzation of the data two reservoirs which include ASUS 1 & 2 which are identyfied as both hydrocarbon bearing unit. Fluid types defined in the reservoir from the neutron-density log signatures were basically oil, water and gas.
