ABSTRACT
Penetration depth is defined as the depth at which the intensity of the radiation inside the medium falls to 1/e (about 37%) of its original value at (or more properly, just beneath) the surface. The liver is generally the largest organ of any animal. It is a vital organ responsible for numerous important bodily functions in all mammals. i.e. processing food after digestion. Equipment used in the course of study are; Bipolar RF, Micro needle penetration depth, Signal amplitude, Conduction times, Bovine liver tissue. We adopt the values of ε ' and ε'' to determine the variation of penetration depth with changes in frequency from previous study and to calculate the penetration depth of electromagnetic energy of Bovine liver. Increase in the frequency of Bovine liver sample results in the decrease in the penetration depth of electromagnetic energy. Decrease in the relative permittivity (ε' ) of Bovine liver results in the corresponding decrease in the dielectric loss (ε'' ).
