ABSTRACT
This study empirically investigated the influence of organisational justice (distributive, procedural, interpersonal justice and information justice) on job involvement among employees in Guinness Nigeria plc. It collected information from three hundred and fourteen (314) out of the three hundred and thirty nine (339) randomly sampled employees. Data collected from the employees were analysed with descriptive and multiple regressions. The findings of the study revealed that all the dimensions of organisational justice positively and significantly influenced job involvement in Guinness Nigeria plc. In the light of this insight, the study recommended that management of the company should sustain its effort toward ensuring fairness in distribution of financial reward among employees by rewarding employees according to their efforts, skills, education sustain effort in pursuing those policies or procedures where employees can be promoted on time and as when due; ensuring that supervisors provide employees with accurate, timely and adequate information to perform job as well as ensure all employees are supported equally, treated with politeness, kindness, consideration and in truthful manner by supervisors.
