ABSTRACT
The rapid growth of e-learning platforms has transformed the education sector by providing flexible and accessible learning opportunities. However, optimizing user experience remains a critical challenge, as issues such as platform usability, accessibility, and engagement often hinder effective learning. This study investigates strategies for enhancing user experience on e-learning platforms, focusing on interface design, accessibility features, content organization, and user engagement mechanisms. A mixed-methods approach, including user surveys and usability testing, was employed to gather insights from diverse users, including students, instructors, and administrators. The findings reveal that simplicity in design, the inclusion of accessibility features, and clear content structure significantly impact platform usability and learning outcomes. Furthermore, user feedback and the integration of gamification elements were identified as key strategies to improve user engagement. Based on these findings, this study proposes a framework for optimizing e-learning platforms to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall satisfaction, contributing to a more effective and inclusive online learning experience.
