ABSTRACT

The optimization of production processes is critical for businesses to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain competitiveness. This study focuses on optimizing the production process at Insight Bakery through the utilization of a case study survey. The research objectives include evaluating the current production process, identifying inefficiencies, exploring optimization strategies, and developing recommendations tailored to Insight Bakery's context. Employing a comprehensive research methodology, this study focuses on Insight Bakery. It combines a case study approach with surveys, interviews, and observations to analyze production processes. Both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques are used to examine areas such as workflow, resource utilization, quality control, inventory management, and energy efficiency. While the scope is limited to insight Bakery, the study aims to identify optimization opportunities, provide tailored recommendations, and contribute insights for bakery industry improvement. In summary, we conclude that; on response base in data analyzed, 20% agreed that time is the major variable to every company while 80% agreed that operation, cost and manpower are the major variable. From the annual report, 25% agreed that the company has annual report while 44% disagree. In total, on annual report of raw materials, management of materials and problem incurred, 60% are of the positive opinion and agreed completely while 40% are of the negative with a disagreement to each process
