ABSTRACT
THIS STUDY ATTEROPTS TO EVALUATE THE INTEREST OF NUMERICAL METHODS OF SOLVING ODES WHERE ANALYTICAL TOOLS ARE NOT PRACTICAL OF AVAILABLE. METHODS SUCH AS EULER, RUNGE-KUTTA, HEON'S, PREDICTOR CORRECTOR METHODS WOULD BE USED TO SOLVE SOME ODES. THE WORLD IS REVOLVING INTO A GLOBAL VILLAGE HENCE THIS PROJECT TENDS TO MAKE SOLVING OF ODE QUITE EASY AND ACCESSIBLE FOR COMPUTERIZATION BY INPUTTING THE ODES IN VARIOUS MATLABS USING VARIOUS TECHNIQUES (NUMERICAL METHOD) IT IS ESTABLISHED IN THE CALCULATION A GROUND FOR COMPARING EULERS METHOD UND RUNGEKUTTA FOURTH ORDER METHOD (RK-4) WE GIVE THE TIMING, ESTIMATED ERROR, AND LEVEL OF ACCURACY OF EACH NUMERICAL METHODS IN THE AFOREMENTIONED.
