SUMMARY

The major aim of the study is to examine the effect of non-monetary incentives on employee. A total of 110 questionnaires were distributed via online survey, and 100 were retrieved and used as data for the research analyses. Data collected were analyzed using statistical packages for social sciences (SPSS) 22.0.
