SUMMARY

In the course of this research work, it was discovered there is a positive relationship between the superiors and the subordinates at work in the organization. Most of the respondents expressed their satisfaction with the leadership style of the Management of the Edo-State Local Government Service Commission. This also shows that there was a cordial relationship between superiors and most of their subordinates in the organization. It was discovered in the course of this research work that many of the junior workers were not happy with their irregular promotion, and incentives of staff in the organization. Another important finding of this research work is that many workers were dissatisfied with the training programme of the organization. Their major source of dissatisfaction ranges from irregularity in training which had adverse affect to their productivity to work environment.
