SUMMARY
As earlier mentioned in the previous chapter following the theoretical framework of this study, we may say that the affirmative statements or sentences can be considered the deep structure while the negative counter parts after transformation and introduction of the negative markers is the surface realization, called the surface structure of the sentence. Therefore, the sentence has undergone a transformational change by the introduction of the negative markers changing the sentence into the negative which is regarded as the surface structure.
