ABSTRACT
Election is a formal procedure by which a population selects a person to hold public office. Elections give the populace a voice in choosing their representatives and expressing their preferences for the best candidate to serve them. Only a small number of people get the opportunity to vote in elections since my nation, Nigeria, uses a manual hand-counted paper ballot system to choose its officers. This system is highly complicated and time-consuming. The fundamental contribution of this study is the establishment of a mobile voting system for Nigeria, which offers the platform's mobility feature, convenience, authentication, verifiability, dependability, secrecy, transparency, non-repudiation, and non-error. Voting on the go enhances voter convenience, encourages more voters to vote remotely, and raises the possibility of participation. Reduces time and cost consumption. Additionally, intelligent anomaly detection and automatic reaction methods are included in this study. This system was created by the researcher utilizing Mobile technologies, such as the Android Studio emulator, Flutter, Firebase, and GSM Modem for internet connection.
