ABSTRACT
This study has been was to identify how culture affects marital conflict resolution strategy. Also, this has study has been able to examine the strategies employed by marital couples in resolving conflict. In addition the study has been able to ascertain the extent to which the strategies employed are effective in resolving marital conflict among married couples. Lastly, it was able to determine the role of social workers/ marriage counselors in marital conflict resolution strategy in the study area.
