ABSTRACT
This project was motivated by challenges experienced by loan administrators and financial institutions across selected branches within the object of study. These challenges include, but are not limited to, the difficulty of loan data collection, integration, and analysis, affecting loan portfolio management across branches. To address this challenge, a web-based system was developed to centralize loan amortization records for selected branches. In building the system, the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design methodology was adopted, where designs were modeled for the system architecture in terms of use cases, classes, and activity diagrams. These designs were further implemented as a blueprint for the developed system. After rigorous system testing, it was revealed that the system is capable of integrating and managing loan amortization records for financial institutions at various branch locations. Outputs from the system serve as insights for financial institutions to make informed decisions and optimize resource management in the context of loan portfolio management.
