ABSTRACT
This study examined the extent to which leaders in the Egor public sector are accountable for their actions and performances, leadership styles and its effect on management in Egor local government. The descriptive survey method was used. The design included questionnaires that were used to elicit information from respondents. The sample population was 100 questionnaires. This study used statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) and descriptive statistics. The statistical package was the Chisquare method.
