ABSTRACT
Since communicating with people is one of the first and foremost obstacle for a person with special need there is a basic need to get a vigilant and appropriate nature for language acquisition, for proper use of language among people living with disability the primary objective is to study people living with visual challenges and how they can acquire and use language in the actual way language is to be used ensuring that all their linguistics knowledge from the use of sound to the combination of sounds to form words and the words to form phrases and the phrase to form sentences is accurate and well-developed, in such a way that they can communicate with their peers and society at large and what they are trying to pass is understood regardless their disability and also via this project work make known the needs of visually impaired persons and how the society should cater for these needs certain words that should be used around people living with disabilities and that which and not to be used and to also sensitize the society on how they should treat and perceive people with visual impairment and Disability.
