ABSTRACT
The study examined the Knowledge of University of Benin female students towards Cervical Cancer. Four research questions were raised to guide the study. The population of the study comprised of 4300 female students in the Faculty of Education, University of Benin. The sample of the study comprises of 200 students selected from all final year female students in each department in the Faculty of Education. The questionnaire was used to solicit for information from the respondents. The findings revealed that Cervical Cancer is a major public health concern for Nigeria and other Countries of the developing world. In light of the study, the respondents were found to believe that lack of information and creation of awareness does not promote the knowledge of Cervical Cancer.
