ABSTRACT

The project aims to develop a Mobile Electronic Notice Board (MENB) system to modernize traditional notice boards by leveraging mobile technology. The MENB system will provide a flexible, real-time, and efficient method for disseminating information to users via their mobile devices, ensuring information is accessible anytime and anywhere. The system will be designed using a cross-platform framework to ensure compatibility with both Android and iOS devices. Key features will include user authentication, push notifications, content management, and offline access. The back-end server will be implemented using a scalable cloud service to manage data storage and user interactions securely and efficiently. Development will involve a systematic approach: analyzing requirements through user surveys, designing a user-friendly interface, implementing both the mobile application and the back-end server, and rigorously testing the system to ensure reliability and usability. The project will conclude with the deployment of the MENB system and an evaluation phase to gather user feedback and assess the system’s effectiveness. The expected outcome is a significant improvement in the efficiency and accessibility of information dissemination, reducing reliance on physical notice boards and offering a scalable solution suitable for various environments, including educational institutions, workplaces, and community centers. This project aims to align with the growing trend of digital transformation, providing a modern and user-friendly alternative to traditional notice board
