ABSTRACT

The study examines the relationship between job stress and employee performance in tertiary institutions in Edo State. Specifically, the showed the relationship between job security, work overload and time pressure and employee performance in tertiary institution in Edo State. The study adopted descriptive and inferential statistics. Based on the data collected, the study revealed that there is a significant relationship between job security, work overload and time pressure and employee performance in tertiary institution in Edo State.
