Job commitment Among Primary School teachers in Edo South Senatorial District

Summary

The study investigated onjob commitment among primary school teachers in Edo South Senatorial District. The study adopted a survey research. The population of the study consisted of two thousand five hundred and twenty (2520) teachers in both public and private school in Edo South Senatorial District. Simple random sampling techniques was used to sample 173 teachers, the instrument used for data collection was a validated questionnaire title “Job Commitment among primary school teachers questionnaire’ (JCPSTQ) and the instrument was validated by expert in the department of educational management, faculty of education, university of Benin. The data were collected by used of self-constructed and validated questionnaire. The respondents comprises of teacher in private and public primary school in Edo south senatorial district.
