The objective of the study is to examine the nutritional value and health dangers of potassium bromate in bread.
The experiment method was used. The area of the study was done in Sapele Town, Delta State. The samples were derived using random selection technique. The findings revealed that all bread samples studied exceeded the acceptable limit of 0.02ug/g set by FDA and this can be very dangerous for the bread consumers in the study area of it's environ. All stakeholders and agencies on food control should rise up to the task of monitoring the production and consumption of bread in their locality.
