ABSTRACT
Inventory Management is essential to service industries. The main aim of this research was to determine the relationship between inventory management and profitability with concentration in Crunchies Fried Chicken Ltd. The study employed a survey design. Both primary and secondary data were collected. Statistical tool used was Regression analysis. The major findings were inventory management has significant impact on profitability, cost of operations and revenue generation. The main recommendation is that the company should seek for an efficient and effective way of utilizing the available scarce human and financial resources in a bid to excel in corporate profitability.
