For instructors' jobs to be easier, the government should also assist in providing classroom facilities in schools. To adequately prepare student instructors and expose them to real-world teaching experiences, microteaching should be thoroughly presented. To provide trainee teachers with the best professional practice, education faculties and colleges should strategically plan the exercise to give the best professional practice to the trainee teachers.
