ABSTRACT
This study has empirically investigated the influence of perceived organisational culture on employee’s performance using Cocoa-Cola, Eyaen plant, in Benin City, Edo State. The study was guided by three research questions/objectives. The study was built around organisational culture model developed by O'Reilly, Chatman, and Caldwell. The study was carried using survey research design. The population of this study will consist of the all employees of Cocoa-Cola, Eyaen Plant, Benin City. The sample size is three hundred and seventy eight (378). The study used primary source of data collection through questionnaire. The ordinary least square (OLS) was used to analyze the data. From the study, it was found that Organisational culture significantly affects workers engagement and workers motivation in Coca-Cola and there is a significant relationship between workers organisational culture and job satisfaction in Coca-Cola, Eyaen Plant, Benin City. One of the recommendations is that the management of Coca-Cola Eyaen Plant should prioritize the enhancement of organisational culture by promoting values such as teamwork, respect, and open communication.
