SUMMARY
Dress pattern reflect students manifest culture and the media are the ascendant carriers of these cultural manifestations. Youths, especially impressionable age range, 16-25years who constitute the population of University of Benin Ekehuan campus, imitate what they optically discern in these media especially the home movies medium and even a higher percentage do so at conventional substratum and are more prone to noticing the dress patterns on these home movies. Based on the findings of this work, it could be noticed that Nollywood movies are ergo veritable instruments for mobilization and national orientation for desirable postures. This study has reaffirmed the posit that home movies have sizably voluminous influence on the dressing pattern of University of Benin students Ekehuan campus.
