ABSTRACT
This study was designed to examined the influence of leadership style on career development of business studies teachers in Egor local government area of Edo State. Five research questions were raised to guide the study and one hypothesis was formulated and tested at 0.05 level significance. The study employed a descriptive survey research design. This study encompassed all 36 business studies teachers working in the 12 public schools located in Egor Local Government Area, Edo state. The study included 36 business studies teachers in Egor Local Government Area of Edo state. Because the population was small, we used that sample as the whole population. So, counting people. The tool we used for the study was a questionnaire with organized questions. The survey was called "The tool used to collect information was a survey. " The survey was called "How different leadership styles affect the careers of business teachers".
