ABSTRACT

This study examined the influence of fieldtrip among biology students in learning of natural environment in senior secondary schools in Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State. A research question was formulated to achieve the research objective. As such, the study uses a descriptive research design, administered questionnaires which was validated by the researchers supervisor.   Hundred (100) biology students from a senior secondary school were selected for the study.

The findings for this research show that the use of field trip in learning of natural environment is very important. Based on this findings, some useful recommendations were propounded to improve the use of field trip in learning and teaching of natural environment.
