ABSTRACT
This study was to analyze the Influence of Building Structure in the Teaching and Learning process (Case study Faculty of Education University of Benin). Some Students of the Faculty of Education in the University of Benin currently learning Vocational and Technical Education were used for this study. The instrument used for data collection was questionnaire, which was developed and administered to the students of the department. The data from their responses were analyzed with the use of four point rating scale. The findings from the study revealed that conducive classroom, Library facilities and location of school buildings influence student's performance to a Great Extent. The analysis further revealed that to a high extent lack of Learning Facilities also influence student performance. Based on the findings it is therefore recommended that the government should wake up to their responsibility by ensuring that adequate funds are provided to improve the quality and standards of Buildings in the Faculty of Education and all other faculties in the University of Benin.
