ABSTRACT
This study investigates the impact of agricultural education on entrepreneurship development in Edo State, Nigeria, with specific attention to four key sectors: fishery, poultry, crop farming, and pig farming. Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, the research examines the extent to which agricultural education programs contribute to the formation and success of entrepreneurial ventures in the agricultural sector. By analyzing the knowledge, skills, and resources acquired through agricultural education and their application in entrepreneurial endeavors, the study aims to provide insights into the role of agricultural education in fostering entrepreneurship development. The findings from this research are expected to inform the government, policymakers, educators, students, and the general public about the importance of agricultural education in promoting sustainable entrepreneurship and economic development in Edo State and beyond
