The study employed descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and Stepwise regression for the empirical analysis. The empirical findings from the Stepwise regression techniques reveal that a significant relationship exists between TCC activities and the enhancement of the quality of life of their target communities. Also, a significant relationship exists between sustainability of TCC activities and the heavy cost of the programmes. The study recommends that more TCC programmes should be extended to other communities where TCC programmes have not been implemented because the programmes help to improve the quality of life of the populace. The study also suggests that the Carter Centre (TCC) programmes should be extended to other senatorial of other states of Nigeria.
