ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is on the impact of stress on the academic performance of students in senior secondary schools in Edo state. This study reviewed works of several authors. To guide the study, three research questions were raised The descriptive survey research design was used for this study. The population of this study consists of public senior secondary students in Ovia North East Local Government Area. The population of the study comprised of four thousand three hundred and forty four students (4344). The sampled population was a total of two hundred students (200) from 4 senior secondary schools in Ovia North East Local Government Area of Edo State. The data collected were analyzed using percentage and frequency.
