ABSTRACT
The study's main focus was on how employee performance is affected by motivation. The main thing to consider is how well an organisation motivates its employees to achieve its mission, vision, and goals. Employees in both the public and private sectors are growing increasingly aware that motivation increases productivity. All organisations, in general, aspire to succeed and constant performance improvement. Public and private companies alike are grappling with retention problems in the modern, fiercely competitive workplace, regardless of their scale, technological capabilities, and focus on specific markets. These problems can be solved through employee incentive.
