ABSTRACT

In organizational management, it has been observed that compensation plays a vital role. The very role of compensation has been repeatedly argued, if to be very effective. The study aims to determine the impact of employee compensation on entrepreneurial productivity. The study was carried out on workers of various age grade and various academic qualification, with no segregation on sex or marital status and despite their job description, using questionnaire design. From a cumulative finding, it was drawn into conclusion that employee compensation helps an organization to increase its productivity. Compensation helps to encourage employees to work effortlessly on achieving entrepreneurial productivity. Based on these facts, there is need for all organization to embrace and make a good use of effective employee compensation in order to increase its productivity and sustainability in the long run.
