ABSTRACT

This study's primary goal was to look into policy shortcomings in the Nigerian federation and how they affect the public sectors as a whole. To determine the course of the investigation, three research questions were posed, addressed, and one hypothesis was developed and put to the test. The study used a descriptive survey research approach to identify the variables influencing public policies that have been put into effect. The study used a sample size of 300 respondents. A questionnaire was used as the study's data gathering tool. There were two sections in the questionnaire: A and B.
