ABSTRACT
The research focused on immoral behaviours among the Pentecostal Christian youths Egor local Area of Edo State. The study has identified the level of indiscipline and crime waves among the youths has seriously escalated in geometric progression as youths in Pentecostal churches are involve in immoral activities. The study set out five specific objectives which are, investigate the factors that influence immoral behavior among Pentecostal Christian youths in Egor local Area of Edo State, examine the effects of these immoral behavior among Pentecostal Christian youths in Egor local Area of Edo State, investigate the impact of Pentecostal churches among youths in Egor Local government area, analyse the impact of Pentecostal churches contribution to morality in Pentecostal youth and proffer strategies to curb these immoral behavior among Pentecostal Christian youths in Egor local Area of Edo State. The methodology used for the study was descriptive research in which, the researcher employed primary and secondary sources. The primary sources include interviews and personal knowledge of the researcher. While the secondary sources will includes textbooks, articles, journals, newspapers, Bible, dictionaries, encyclopedia, Bible commentaries, and magazines. From the findings discovered, it is obvious that one can conclude that the youths is a delicate developmental period filled with adventures. It is also a period when youths want to experiment their strength, freedom and vigour. Since the contributing factors to misconduct, that is school, society, home and unemployment, cannot be done without, every individual must strive to pursue self-control and the consciousness of God in whatever they do. It was recommended among others that; Parents should monitor what their children so that they can quickly correct any form of immorality they noticed. Parents should train their children in the way of the Lord, so that they will not depart from it and use what they have learnt to resist any form of temptation that might comes that way., Youths should follow or have believers as friends so that they will not put pressure on them on the need to dress indecently.
